Taras’ unique program is nationally accredited training that has been written FOR JA/DES participants, delivered over 15 days.
You will complete 12 units of competency for Cert III Customer Engagement [BSB 30215] enabling you to segway into any customer service, call centre, retail or reception position.

Cost: The program is government subsidised under the C3G funding and you are only $50.00 out of pocket.
Eligibility: To be eligible for C3G funding, you must be a Queensland resident, must not already hold Certificate 3 or higher
Location: Your local Job Search Network
Time commitment: 3 days a week for 6 weeks. Wednesday to Friday 9.30am – 2.30pm.
